Although not all homeowners prefer to have one, many are still purchasing it especially if it's used in other ways such as a heat source for the entire bathroom. Wall space - some towel racks are intended for wide walls. It if often used in dorms where many people are using one bathroom every day. There are also some racks that are specially made for small bathrooms. It's more of a space saver since you can still store other items underneath it.

Heat - some people use towel radiators as room heaters as well. In cases like this you may have to purchase one that has a high heating capacity for it to produce enough heat for the entire room. But if you have under-floor heater then you can choose one that has a lower heat output.

Hanging space - this aspect is oftentimes compromised despite its importance. If many individuals are sharing in one bathroom then buying a large towel rail is a must. On the contrary if you're not sharing a bathroom with anyone then a smaller rack is perfect.

Design - when pertaining to design, you'll surely have a wide array of selection to choose from. While shopping, be sure not to focus on design alone. There are other factors that you need to consider which will surely guide you on buying the right product. You should also think of your bathroom style and be sure that the rack you'll choose will match it.

Usage frequency - this aspect pertains to how often will the rack be used. If you'll use it all year round then be sure that it has a strong heating system. Often times this kind of racks are made with an electric system to sustain the usage frequency.
